System Maintenance and User Support
Upon the implementation of Microsoft Navision, Adacta is providing its users with system maintenance and user support. The maintenance contract provides constant availability and responsiveness of appropriately trained experts and usually envisages a certain scope of pre-paid hours of assistance. As part of our maintenance contract we provide our business partners with the following services: - priority when handling requests through the Adacta Navision Support Center
- remote assistance by telephone and/or using remote access
- support at the client’s location
- database maintenance
- backup copies
- priority in the implementation of novelties (changes in legislation, localization, upgrades etc.)
A detailed user manual and explanations for relevant standard functionalities and for all the specially developed solutions is provided to all users of our Navision solutions. Enter as a client. You acquire a password by signing a maintenance contract.
