AdAssist

 

AdAssist is a solution that integrates with and enables the operation of directory assistance call centers. The solution was designed and built to allow very efficient work of the directory assistance operators and to provide the customers with the complete and accurate information they are looking for. 
 
AdAssist is aimed at state and private telecom companies, information providers, publishing houses and other companies that wish to build or upgrade their directory assistance or other types of call centers.
 
Main characteristics of the solution are:

  • AdAssist enables very efficient work of all call center operators, thus providing direct cost savings to the customer 
  • AdAssist provides an excellent user experience
  • AdAssist can be integrated with customer’s hardware and software systems seamlessly with only minor customizations. The solution can be installed at a customer’s site quickly and easily.
Main features that separate the solution from the competition are:
  • Tight integration with the Adacta’s Directory Publication (AdDir) database (optional) or with the existing customer’s directory information database providing the operators in the call center with complete, accurate and most up-to-date information. 
  • The call center modules work with replicas of the central database, thus minimizing the workload on the central server. Availability of the directory assistance system becomes independent of the availability of the central systems.
  • The solution can work at many distributed or a single site. Information database used for searching is present locally, so the searches are very fast even when slow WAN connections are used for database replication
  • High reliability – the modules can connect to any server instance. The system performs even if various components fail
  • Presence of synonyms to facilitate and make the searches more efficient
  • Databases are optimized for fast searches 
  • ANR (Automatic Number Release) option or automatic number transmission to the customer’s mobile or ISDN phone (digital voice or missed call transmission with the requested telephone number is transmitted to the client)
  • Display of the called line data and position when the call is connected to the operator
  • Structured and geographical representation of search results
  • Extensive reporting that can be used to further optimize the call center
  • Very fast and flexible search mechanism
  • Easy to connect to any digital telephone switch
  • Flexible charging scheme
  • Special user interface design for blind operators (with special hardware)
