Salaries
Adacta module for salary accounting is the only one that is fully integrated system in the standard solution “Personnel records” within Navision solution. The module provides support for all sorts of personnel accounting, author’s fees, work contracts, conference allowances and rents, and meets all current regulations. The complete external reporting, either on monthly basis (REK1, salary tax account, form 1, …) or on annual basis (income tax form, M4/M(, …) runs automatically.
»Salaries« modular solution enables any number of various records of absence and presence on work post, and salary accounting out of various bases: gross or net salary in any currency, on the basis of index number, collective agreement data … Moreover, the solution provides different methods of incentives for employees, automatic allowance accounting from the active assets, various methods of meal and transport allowances accounting, …
After the completed calculation the journals as well as payment forms for electronic payment are prepared automatically whereas all the book entries are prepared in accordance with the controlling tools as proposed by the standard solution Navision.
